  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 300 ml milk
  • 300 ml water
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • n. B. white wine
  • Herbs, Italian
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). In the meantime, place the pasta in a baking dish and sprinkle the diced tomato over it. Then cover everything with the still-frozen shrimp. For the sauce, finely chop the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion. Then add the bell pepper and garlic and fry briefly. Add the tomato paste and let it roast a little. Then deglaze with a splash of white wine. Add water, cream, and milk and bring to a boil briefly. Season the sauce with pepper, salt, herbs, and the juice of one lemon. If the sauce is too acidic for you, you can add a little more ketchup. Spread the sauce evenly over the pasta and sprinkle with cheese. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
