Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Penne
  • 350 g Sausage balls Balla Balla
  • 125 g Ham cubes
  • 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 a cup Brunch currywurst
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Chili peppers
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
  • 250 ml. Vegetable broth
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried thyme
  • Dried basil
  • Basil leaves
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente.
  • Finely dice the onions and garlic and sauté in the oil with the diced ham until translucent, stir in the tomato paste, pour in the vegetable stock and simmer gently for about 5 minutes, cut the chilli peppers very finely, add the tomatoes and pizza tomatoes, add everything well with salt and pepper Season, paprika powder, oregano, thyme and basil and simmer gently for another 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the brunch, let it melt, add the sausages, let them get hot and serve the whole thing sprinkled with the drained noodles and a few basil leaves and Parmesan cheese.
