Pasta casserole with turkey breast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 300 g peas (frozen)
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 500 g turkey breast
  • 3 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • 250 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions for about 8-10 minutes. Drain, then let it drain. Clean the mushrooms, slice them thinly, and mix them with the peas into the pasta. Clean the bell peppers and slice them thinly. Preheat oven to 180°C. Dice the meat and fry in hot oil for about 7 minutes, then season. Add the bell pepper pieces and sauté for about 3 minutes. Then fold everything into the pasta. Stir the chopped parsley, crème fraîche, and cheese into the mixture of vegetables, meat, and pasta. Season with salt and pepper and pour into a greased baking dish. Place in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
