  • 250 g vegetables (e.g. zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, eggplant(s))
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce
  • 100 g cheese (e.g. Gouda), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

quick, tasty, filling, easy to prepare, inexpensive

Cook the pasta in salted water, then spread it out on a baking sheet. Cut the vegetables into cubes or thin strips and sauté them in olive oil with a little finely chopped garlic. Sauté the mushrooms in a separate pan until they lose water and then reabsorb it. Spread the vegetables and mushrooms over the pasta. Spread the chili sauce over the vegetables and then grate the cheese on top. Cheese lovers can add more cheese if they like. Bake the whole thing in a preheated oven (180°C, top and bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. If you like, you can also add cooked ham, sun-dried tomatoes (the soft ones), minced meat or ground pork, or perhaps something like shrimp. The sky’s the limit.
