Pasta in a mushroom and pepper sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, e.g. penne
  • 1 bell pepper(s) of your choice
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some oil
  • 400 ml milk, 1.5%
  • 200 ml water
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Nutmeg
  • Herbs of your choice, e.g. thyme, marjoram etc.

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Finely chop the onions and mince the garlic, then sauté in a pan with a little oil. Clean and slice the mushrooms and add them to the onions. Clean the bell pepper and dice them. Add them to the mushrooms. Sauté everything for about 5 minutes. Then add the milk, water, and spices. Bring back to a boil briefly. Add the cooked pasta, mix everything well, and serve on plates.
