Pasta pan with pollock

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 fish fillet(s) , (pollock), frozen
  • e.g. marjoram
  • e.g. parsley
  • 5 stalks of chives
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • 1 onion(s), small to medium sized
  • Margarine, for frying
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 pinch of ginger
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water with a little oil until al dente. Meanwhile, thaw the pollock and dice it. Finely chop the onions. Chop the parsley, marjoram, and chives. Fry the pollock and onions in a pan with margarine and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Add the marjoram, chives, parsley, paprika, and a tiny pinch of ginger. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan, mix everything well, and fry briefly.
