Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g zucchini, approx. 3 small
  • 100 g diced ham
  • 500 g pasta
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • Basil, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Do not drain. Dice the onions and sauté until translucent. Meanwhile, divide the zucchini and cut into thin strips. Add the bacon and zucchini to the pan and fry briefly. Do not overcook, so the zucchini is still firm to the bite. Then add the pasta and crème fraîche. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
