light, delicious and low-calorie pasta salad

Boil the pasta water and cook the pasta al dente. Meanwhile, dice the vegetables and place them in a salad bowl. Add the feta cheese and mix well. Now add the slightly cooled pasta and mix everything well again. Now add the vinegar and mix everything together (it also tastes good with dark balsamic vinegar, but it looks less appetizing). Season the salad to taste. Tip: Let it sit overnight for even better flavor. The salad is a great side dish for a barbecue or as a main meal in the summer, as it’s incredibly light.
