Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g noodles, Mie noodles (ready-made product)
- 2 bell peppers, pickled, without skin, (preferably grilled) Ready-made product
- 3 spring onions
- n.e. chili flakes, mild (e.g. Pul Biber)
- ½ clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp oriental spice mix (Baharat)
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar (preferably: cassis balsamic vinegar)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp peanut oil (more or less if you like!) or sesame oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and let cool. Drain the pickled peppers and cut into fine diamond-shaped pieces. Clean the spring onions and cut them diagonally into approximately 2 cm long pieces. Finely chop the garlic and mix with olive oil, salt, pepper, baharat, chili, and balsamic vinegar to make a marinade. Mix the marinade well with the pasta and season with peanut oil.
