Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 servings of pasta
  • 1 can soybeans
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 2 small cans of tuna
  • 1 bottle of pureed tomatoes (passata)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • e.g. parsley
  • 2 pinches of cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the garlic and onion and sauté in hot oil. Then add the passata, stir, and add the other ingredients (corn, soybeans, etc.). Season the sauce to taste. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Serve with the sauce.
