- 700 g asparagus, white, fresh, unpeeled
- 1 can tuna in oil, drained
- 100 g brunch tomato with ricotta
- 250 ml vegetable broth or beef broth
- Paprika powder, sweet and hot
- salt and pepper

Peel the asparagus, cut into pieces, and cook in the broth for about 10 minutes, either individually or with the pasta—depending on your preference and the pasta’s package instructions. Season to taste and finally combine with the brunch, spices, and drained tuna.
