Pasta with broccoli in mustard sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 sprigs of parsley
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 3 spring onions
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 500 g ribbon pasta, tagliatelle or fettuccine
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 15 cherry tomatoes

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Finely chop the parsley, garlic, and basil. Finely chop the broccoli and spring onions. Chop the tomatoes if desired. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tagliatelle pasta to the pot and shortly afterwards, add the broccoli to the boil. Gently heat the butter, the white parts of the spring onions, garlic, parsley, basil, and mustard in a heatproof bowl on the stovetop until the butter has melted and the herbs and garlic have released their aromas. Remove from the heat. Drain the water from the pasta and immediately add the mustard sauce, spring onions, and tomatoes, mixing everything well. 450 kcal per serving.
