Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g tagliatelle
- 1 jar asparagus, approx. 180 g
- 400 g chicken
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 cup of crème fraîche, approx. 150 g
- 2 cups of processed cheese, approx. 200 g each
- 1 cup of cream, approx. 200 g
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Maggi
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain. Dice the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Brown it in a pan with oil. Finely chop the asparagus and dice the tomato. Once the meat is cooked, add the asparagus and tomatoes and fry briefly. Deglaze everything with crème fraîche, cream cheese, and cream, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium, stirring frequently. Season the sauce to taste and add more seasoning if desired. Add the pasta to the sauce, stir, and let it simmer for a while.
