Pasta with fish cubes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, of your choice
  • 250 g pollock fillet(s), cut into large cubes
  • 30 g hazelnut flakes
  • 1 organic lemon(s), sliced
  • some sage leaves
  • 25 g butter
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 16 minutes; Total time approx. 41 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Season the fish cubes with salt and pepper. Fry in the heated oil for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Keep warm. Briefly toss the lemon slices in the frying fat. Remove from the pan. Add the butter to the pan and melt. Add the hazelnut flakes and sage leaves, and toast for about 1-2 minutes. Add the pasta to the pan and toss in the nut butter. Add the fish and serve garnished with lemon slices.
