Pasta with fresh tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350g pasta
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • Sea salt
  • pepper
  • e.g. Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onions, mince the garlic, and dice the tomatoes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Heat the olive oil and sauté the onions. Add the garlic, tomatoes, and rosemary and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta, remove the rosemary sprig from the sauce, and toss the pasta into the sauce. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
