Pasta with green pesto, arugula, tomatoes and seeds

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta of your choice
  • 150 g arugula
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • 30 g kernels as desired
  • 150 g pesto, green (Pesto alla Genovese)
  • n. B. olive oil, optional

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and easy

Cook the desired pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, wash and chop the arugula and tomatoes, then toast the seeds in a pan over medium heat. Once the pasta is cooked, drain the water and toss the pasta with the pesto in a warm pot. Add the arugula and tomatoes and mix briefly. Add olive oil, if desired. Serve on a plate and sprinkle the seeds on top.
