Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • Water
  • 200 g herb curd
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 2 ½ tsp, leveled salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

quick, light summer dish

Put the pasta water on the boil, and when it’s boiling, add 2.5 teaspoons of salt. Cook the pasta until al dente and drain. Mix the herb curd and a generous squeeze of lemon juice with the pasta. This dish is very quick and easy to prepare and great for hot days, as the curd cools the pasta quickly. If you want to lose weight, you can, of course, buy a light version of the curd or simply make it yourself. The calorie information refers to regular herb curd. This is a basic recipe that can be enhanced with other ingredients as desired.
