Pasta with lobster tails

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g lobster (tails), deveined and peeled
  • 200 ml white wine, dry
  • ½ cup cream cheese with herbs (with spring onion and black pepper)
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • some dill, fresh + chopped
  • Parsley, fresh + chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • some olive oil
  • some lemon juice
  • 250 g pasta, e.g. spaghetti
  • possibly lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Sauté the lobster tails in olive oil. Add the spices and white wine and reduce slightly. Add the lemon juice to taste, the peas, and the cream cheese. Simmer until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions. Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well. Then stir in the fresh parsley and dill. Season to taste. Serve on plates and garnish with some parsley and dill. If desired, place a lemon wedge on each plate. Fresh baguette goes well with this dish.
