Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat (beef)
  • 500 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 300 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 large can of tomatoes
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
  • some paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, use a dough hook to thoroughly mix the minced meat with the egg and seasonings (garlic, onion, paprika, pepper, and salt). Then fry the minced meat thoroughly. Meanwhile, cut the cheese into medium-sized cubes. When the minced meat is cooked, add the tomatoes. Now boil the pasta water. While the pasta is cooking, dissolve the cheese cubes in the minced meat sauce, but not completely, so the cheese has a nice stringy texture. Finally, when serving, you can top with a spoonful of crème fraîche.
