Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 2 handfuls of porcini mushrooms, cleaned and cut into pieces
- 1 cup of cream
- 200 g semi-hard cheese with nuts
- 50 g butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 250 ml broth
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Garlic
- e.g. milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Sauté the chopped onion in oil, then add the mushrooms. Cook the pasta as usual. Sauté the butter and flour in a saucepan, deglaze with the broth and cream, and stir until lump-free. Melt the cheese in the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Thin the sauce with milk if desired. Then add the mushrooms and let it simmer until the pasta is tender. Serve.
