Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g fusilli or capunti
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g walnuts, coarsely ground
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Salt
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Parmesan, grated, for sprinkling

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Quick recipe

Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Toast the coarsely ground walnuts. Finely chop the chili, paprika, and garlic, add, and sauté briefly. Chop the parsley and stir in. Season the sauce with salt. Add a little more of the cooking water if necessary. Pour the sauce over the pasta. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
