Pasta with Spaghetti, Vegetables and Prawns

The perfect pasta with spaghetti, vegetables and prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Spaghetti:

  • 150 g Spaghetti
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil

Vegetables:

  • 200 g 1 Zucchini
  • 100 g 1 Möhre
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • 100 ml Clear broth (½ tsp instant broth)

Shrimp:

  • 150 g Shrimp frozen
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 rote Chilischote
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill

Serve:

  • 4 Stalk Parsley for garnish

Spaghetti:

  1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water (1 teaspoon) until firm to the bite according to the instructions on the package, drain through a kitchen sieve, return to the hot saucepan and toss in sunflower oil (1 teaspoon) so that it does not stick.

Vegetables:

  1. Peel the carrot and zucchini and cut each into pieces approx. 5 – 6 cm long. Cut the pieces first into slices and then into thin sticks. Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a pan and fry the carrot sticks with the zucchini sticks / stir-fry. With Italian herbs (1 teaspoon), mild curry powder (1 teaspoon), sugar (½ teaspoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches), colored pepper from the mill (3 big pinches) and sour cream (1 tbsp) Spice up. Briefly sear everything / stir fry and deglaze / pour in the clear broth (100 ml). Now sauté / stir fry for a few more minutes and then add / fold in the prepared spaghetti.

Shrimp:

  1. Let the shrimp thaw in good time. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves. Clean / core the chilli pepper, wash and finely dice. Heat sunflower oil (1 tbsp) and butter (1 tbsp) in a pan, add the garlic clove cubes and chili pepper cubes and stir-fry. Add the prawns and sauté / stir-fry. Season with coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches), colored pepper from the mill (3 big pinches) and sweet soy sauce (1 tablespoon).

Serve:

  1. Serve the pasta with spaghetti, vegetables and prawns, garnished with parsley.
