Pasta with tomato cream sauce and Parmesan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g penne
  • 2 cans of tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 onions
  • 1 piece(s) Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 200 ml cream
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • basil
  • chili powder
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta. Dice the onions and fry in olive oil until translucent. Season with chili and paprika. Add the tomato paste and mix briefly. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cream. Season everything. Grate the Parmesan fairly coarsely. Mix the sauce, pasta, and Parmesan. Tip: If you replace the cream with soy cream, the dish is vegan.
