Pasta with vegetables and feta cheese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • ½ pack of sheep’s cheese
  • oil
  • pepper
  • herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the carrots, cucumber, onion, and garlic, wash the remaining vegetables, and cut everything into random pieces. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Then add the carrots and garlic and sauté them as well. Add the zucchini and bell pepper and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then stir in the tomatoes and cucumbers and slowly reduce the heat. Now stir in the feta cheese. Season with herb salt and pepper. While the vegetables are simmering, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Spiral pasta or ribbon pasta work particularly well, but you can decide according to your taste.
