Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup(s) water
- 450 g peas, frozen
- 170 g mushrooms from the can
- 1 apple
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 bunch of parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Boil water with salt and add the frozen peas. Cook over low heat for about 8 minutes. Halve the drained mushrooms. Quarter the unpeeled apple, remove the core, and dice. Peel, deseed, and roughly dice the tomatoes. Slice the onion into rings. Mix everything carefully. For the marinade, combine the vinegar and oil and season with a pinch of sugar, salt, and pepper. Add the finely chopped parsley to the marinade, pour over the salad, and mix well.
