Peach-apple juice

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 medium-sized organic apples (approx. 200g per apple)
  • 2 m.-large peach(s), organic

Instructions

Wash the fruit, core it, and halve or quarter it, but do not peel it. Juice the apples in the juicer on level I (for hard fruits and vegetables). Juice the peaches on level II (for soft fruits and vegetables). Stir the juice and enjoy immediately. For me, the specified amounts are enough for about 400 ml of juice. Note: Freshly squeezed juice is best consumed immediately, but can also be stored in the refrigerator for 24 hours (maximum 48 hours) in a tightly sealed container.
