Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) bread(s) (wholemeal bread)
  • 150 g cottage cheese
  • 4 tsp jam, cranberry
  • 2 large pears, sweet
  • pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

WW suitable

Mix the cottage cheese with half of the cranberry jam. Spread the cottage cheese on the bread slices. Halve, peel, core, and slice the pears. Place the pear slices on the spread, lightly pepper, and garnish with the remaining cranberry jam.
