Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pkt. peas, frozen
  • 1 point bacon
  • 4 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 1 piece(s) onion(s)
  • 5 sage leaves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roman style

Cut the bacon into thin strips. Dice the onion. Sauté both in olive oil. Add the peas, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 10 minutes. Cut the sage leaves into thin strips and scatter them over the peas just before serving.
