- 4 Discs Cooked ham
- 2 kl. Onions
- 2 kl. Tomato paste
- 2 kl. Cream -50%
- Herbs of Provence
- Chilli (powder or oil)
- Mixed salt and pepper (mill)
- Sugar
- Grana Padano grated
- Basil
