Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250g penne
- 400 g tomatoes
- 300g mozzarella
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 pot of basil
- ½ pot of oregano
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 1 clove(s) garlic

Cook the penne according to the package instructions until al dente. Chop the tomatoes and mozzarella into chunks, then toss with the oil. Finely dice the onion and garlic clove and add them as well. Add the vinegar and mix everything thoroughly with the drained pasta. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the fresh basil and oregano and let it marinate well. An ideal summer salad. It also tastes great when the pasta is still slightly warm.
