Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150g penne
- 1 bunch spinach, fresh
- ½ vegetable onion(s), finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped or squeezed
- 4 tsp, heaped pesto, green
- 50 ml cream or crème fraîche
- 50 ml white wine
- 1 tbsp honey
- some olive oil
- some salt and pepper
- possibly Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Fresh spinach with onions and garlic
Bring water to a boil. Then add salt and penne and simmer for about 8 minutes (or to your liking). Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan with olive oil. Add the finely chopped spinach and let it simmer for a few minutes. Then add the penne, pesto, cream, white wine, and honey and simmer until a sauce forms. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
