Pepper and cucumber salad with spring onions

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 large red pointed pepper
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 8 tbsp coffee cream or cream
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Chives, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Peel and chop the cucumber. Wash, deseed, and chop the bell pepper. Wash and chop the spring onions. Chop the chives into small rings. Make the dressing from the ingredients and season to taste. Arrange the cucumber and bell pepper on plates or in bowls and pour the dressing over them. Scatter the spring onions and chives over the salad.
