Pepper – bunny legs

  1. Put the legs in a clay pot, pour the spices over them and add the oil, I add about 1/2 cup of water and then put in the oven for 5 hours at 180 degrees. Possibly turn the legs in between. About 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the tomatoes, cut them, add a little water if necessary, this creates a great sauce 🙂 I let the sauce thicken because I don’t like it, everyone how they want it .

Apple red cabbage

  1. Remove the first leaves from the red cabbage, cut in half, quarter, remove the stalk and chop or slice. Then wash the apples and cut them into small pieces. Peel the onion, chop it up and leave it in the coconut oil. Add the cut cabbage, add apple pieces on top, add some water or naturally cloudy apple juice and cook the cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. Note: If you only use water to fill up, then add some lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey, this rounds off the taste a bit.

potato dumplings

  1. Toast some bread cubes in a little butter. Cook the potatoes the day before. Now peel them off and push them through the press. Add the egg, semolina, salt, pepper, flour and parsley, mix everything well and form dumplings, put 2-3 bread cubes in the middle (this way the dumplings will be nice and loose)
  2. Prepare a saucepan with water, add salt and bring to the boil, place the dumplings in the high water and let them steep for 20-25 minutes, do not boil anymore, just let them steep.
  3. Warm up the plates and enjoy your meal – it was delicious 🙂 You are probably wondering how 4 people and only 3 rabbit legs? One of the legs was split because I’m not that much of a meat eater :)))) because one of the guests was a child 🙂
