Ingredients
 

  • 3 Peppers,
  • 3 Red, green and yellow
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 small Onions in strips
  • 0,5 Solo garlic chopped
  • 50 ml White wine
  • 3 Branches Lemon thyme
  • 3 Branches Salt and pepper
  • 3 Branches Chilli flakes

Instructions
 

  • Remove the seeds and white inner skins from the peppers, wash and cut into narrow strips.
  • Heat the oil, sauté the paprika and onion strips briefly in it. Add the chopped garlic, stir and deglaze with the wine. Add the spices and leaves from the lemon thyme and gently cook the vegetables covered over a mild heat for about 10 minutes. Then season to taste and serve.
  • I served the Mediterranean paprika vegetables today with an osso buco with gremolata and tagliatelle ... a real Sunday dish !!
