Chicken seasoning:

  • 250 g Mushrooms brown
  • 100 g Onions
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper
  • 1 tsp Curry hot
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 pinch Mace
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp / deleted) Seasoned salt

Sauce:

  • 200 ml White wine
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper
  • 1 tsp Curry hot
  • 1 tsp Telly cherry pepper
  • 1 tsp Grains of paradise

Finally:

  • Freshly chopped chives

For the sauce:

  • 1 toe Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 200 g Brown rice

Instructions
 

  • Wash the chicken breast, remove the tendons and finely chop. Season / pickle with garip pepper, curry, paprika powder, seasoned salt, mace and oil. At the same time cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet!
  • Clean the mushrooms (own breeding), (do not peel, only if necessary) cut into slices. Peel, halve and cut the onions into strips. Peel and squeeze the garlic.
  • Heat the oil in a saucepan and roast the onions, then add the mushrooms and fry them for about 5 minutes. Remove from the pot and sear the sliced ​​meat in the empty pot for 5 minutes, deglaze with white wine and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic.
  • Then add the onions and mushrooms to the chopped meat again with seasoning salt, garip pepper and the two kinds of pepper. If you like, you can refine it with cream! But I thought it was just right and you have the pure meat taste!
  • Refine the rice with a little oil or butter, spread it on plates with chicken and sprinkle with chives!
