Pesto and tomato toast

Ingredients for 60 servings:

  • 1 white bread stick(s), thinly sliced
  • 6 tomatoes, large sun-dried, thinly sliced
  • 150 g Parmesan, sliced
  • ½ bunch basil, leaves picked
  • 4 tbsp nuts (pecans)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Lightly toast the bread slices on both sides under a broiler. Blend the pesto mixture (basil leaves, pecans, olive oil, and garlic cloves) in a food processor and spread evenly on the bread. Top each slice with tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.
