Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5 m.-sized potatoes, cooked, e.g. leftovers from the day before
- 5 tbsp pesto, variety of your choice
- 100 g ham, variety of your choice
- 100 g cheese, variety of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Halve the precooked potatoes and place them cut-side up in a baking dish. Spread with the pesto. Place the ham and cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. We simply serve them with a salad.
