Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g mozzarella, small
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 onions, red
- 8 small chili peppers, red
- 2 tbsp capers, small
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 4 sprigs of marjoram
- 200 ml olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 20 minutes
Halve the cheese, slice the garlic and onion. Deseed the chili and slice into rings. Layer everything in a jar. Chop the herbs, mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and pour over the mozzarella. Let it marinate in a cool place for 2 days.
