Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 packs of cheese (Romadur, Münster or Limburger)
- 2 spring onions
- 1 red chili pepper(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
- 150 ml vegetable oil
- 1 bay leaf
- Peppercorns, colorful

a clever starter
Layer the sliced cheese in a bowl or a decorative preserving jar. Add the cleaned and finely chopped chili pepper, the grated garlic, and the sliced spring onion. Season with a bay leaf and mixed peppercorns. Top with vinegar and oil and let stand for 24 hours.
