The perfect pig medallion with no frills recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pork loin
  • 8 Discs Bacon
  • Salt and pepper
  • 10 Cocktail tomatoes
  • Some oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
  2. Parry the loin and fry it all over in hot oil.
  3. Cut into 8 medallions and wrap 1 slice of bacon all around. Put in a lightly greased baking dish and season. Brush with a few drops of oil and add the tomatoes.
  4. Put the whole thing in the oven for 20 minutes.
  5. I serve the medallions with rice and herb butters
