Pig Medallion with No Frills

- 1 Pork loin
- 8 Discs Bacon
- Salt and pepper
- 10 Cocktail tomatoes
- Some oil
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- Parry the loin and fry it all over in hot oil.
- Cut into 8 medallions and wrap 1 slice of bacon all around. Put in a lightly greased baking dish and season. Brush with a few drops of oil and add the tomatoes.
- Put the whole thing in the oven for 20 minutes.
