Ingredients
- 2 Baby pineapple
- 150 g Coconut flavored yogurt
- 200 g Double cream
- 1 tsp Amaretto
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- Cut the pineapple in half and carefully remove the pulp from the skin with a spoon.
- Dice the pulp of one pineapple very small and puree the pulp of the second pineapple.
- Beat the coconut yoghurt together with the crème double, the vanilla sugar and the amaretto until smooth. Then fold in the pineapple cubes and the pineapple puree.
- Pour the cream into the pineapple halves.

- E.g. Garnish with cranberries or chocolate shavings ...
