Pineapple Cream

The perfect pineapple cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Baby pineapple
  • 150 g Coconut flavored yogurt
  • 200 g Double cream
  • 1 tsp Amaretto
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  1. Cut the pineapple in half and carefully remove the pulp from the skin with a spoon.
  2. Dice the pulp of one pineapple very small and puree the pulp of the second pineapple.
  3. Beat the coconut yoghurt together with the crème double, the vanilla sugar and the amaretto until smooth. Then fold in the pineapple cubes and the pineapple puree.
  4. Pour the cream into the pineapple halves.

Tip:
