Ingredients
 

  • 1 L Milk
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 30 g Sugar syrup
  • 0,5 Pineapple fresh
  • 1 shot Liquor 43
  • 1 shot Cointreau
  • 100 ml Cream

Instructions
 

  • Let the milk with the sugar reduce by half. Peel and puree the pineapple. Briefly whip the cream.
  • Let the milk cool down then mix with the pineapple and the sugar syrup and the liqueur, finally fold in the cream and put it in the ice cream maker.
