Ingredients
- 1 L Milk
- 80 g Sugar
- 30 g Sugar syrup
- 0,5 Pineapple fresh
- 1 shot Liquor 43
- 1 shot Cointreau
- 100 ml Cream
Instructions
- Let the milk with the sugar reduce by half. Peel and puree the pineapple. Briefly whip the cream.
- Let the milk cool down then mix with the pineapple and the sugar syrup and the liqueur, finally fold in the cream and put it in the ice cream maker.
