- 1 pineapple
- 150 g jasmine rice or basmati rice
- 250 g chicken
- ½ garlic clove(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 carrot(s)
- 100 g peas
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ lime(s)
- 1 handful of cashews

- oyster sauce
- fish sauce

fried rice with pineapple
Halve the pineapple, hollow out the insides, and dice them. Finely chop the garlic. Slice the carrot and onion into strips. Slice the spring onion into 1 cm rings. Cut the chicken into 2-3 cm cubes. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Heat a little oil in a wok and fry the garlic, then fry the meat. Add the rice and curry powder, push everything to the side, and fry the egg in the center. Mix everything together and add the spices. Add the vegetables and fry briefly. Serve in the pineapple, sprinkle with the cashews, and place the lime next to it.
