Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g wheat flour type 405
- 350 ml carbonated mineral water
- 200 g grated cheese, of your choice
- 20 g Parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp mixed herbs (pizza herbs)
- 1 tbsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
for snacking and dipping
First, combine the flour, water, oil, and salt in a bowl and whisk until no lumps remain. Add the grated Parmesan and stir in. Finally, add the grated cheese and pizza herbs and fold in. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes. In the meantime, line a baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 220°C (fan oven). Now pour the (fairly runny) batter onto the baking tray and bake in the hot oven for about 25 minutes. Let it cool briefly and enjoy while still warm.
