Pizza dough made from flax and chickpea flour

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g flaxseed flour
  • 30 g chickpea flour
  • 20 g wheat flour (spelt flour is also possible)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ sachet of baking powder
  • 50 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead thoroughly. Tip: Moisten your hands while rolling out the dough to prevent it from sticking. Then top with your favorite toppings and bake at approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat). Nutritional values: Approx. 351 kcal, 11 g fat, 33 g carbohydrates, 22 g protein. Variations may occur depending on the product brand.
