Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough
  • 200 g sour cream with herbs
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • ½ jar pesto
  • 100 g smoked bacon
  • 125g mozzarella
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Using up leftovers is easy and simply delicious!

Spread the pizza base on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread with the herb sour cream and season with pizza seasoning or fresh herbs. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on the base. Top each tomato with a small dollop of pesto. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and arrange them on the base. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the bacon into small pieces and arrange them on the base. Now sprinkle the grated cheese over the pizza and, finally, carefully crack the eggs over the pizza. Bake the whole thing in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. I came up with this recipe because my fridge was simply too full of delicious leftovers and opened packages, and my daughter loves fried eggs on her pizza. It can, of course, be expanded or modified in many ways.
