Ingredients
 

Dough:

  • 5 Pc. Beaten egg whites
  • 200 g Butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 5 Pcs.i Egg yolk
  • 170 g Low fat quark
  • 125 g Extra fine poppy seed filling
  • 3 tablespoon Milk
  • 50 g Corn starch
  • 150 g Spelt flour type 630
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 Can Peach

Instructions
 

  • Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff.
  • Beat butter + sugar until frothy, add egg yolks one at a time, stir in.
  • Mix in the quark, poppy seeds and milk.
  • Mix in flour, mondamin and baking powder.
  • Fold in the egg whites. Butter springform pan 28 on the edge, line with baking paper at the bottom. Pour in the batter.
  • Open the peach, drain it (juice is not required). Spread the fruit on the dough. Bake at 170 ° C (2 rails from below) approx. 45-50 min.
  • Remove the cake from the springform pan, allow to cool. Dust with icing sugar before cutting.
