Ingredients
Dough:
- 5 Pc. Beaten egg whites
- 200 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 5 Pcs.i Egg yolk
- 170 g Low fat quark
- 125 g Extra fine poppy seed filling
- 3 tablespoon Milk
- 50 g Corn starch
- 150 g Spelt flour type 630
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 Can Peach
Instructions
- Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Beat butter + sugar until frothy, add egg yolks one at a time, stir in.
- Mix in the quark, poppy seeds and milk.
- Mix in flour, mondamin and baking powder.
- Fold in the egg whites. Butter springform pan 28 on the edge, line with baking paper at the bottom. Pour in the batter.
- Open the peach, drain it (juice is not required). Spread the fruit on the dough. Bake at 170 ° C (2 rails from below) approx. 45-50 min.
- Remove the cake from the springform pan, allow to cool. Dust with icing sugar before cutting.
