The perfect poppy – curd – peach – cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Dough:

  • 5 Pc. Beaten egg whites
  • 200 g Butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 5 Pcs.i Egg yolk
  • 170 g Lowfat quark
  • 125 g Extra fine poppy seed filling
  • 3 tablespoon Milk
  • 50 g Mondamine powder
  • 150 g Spelled flour type 630
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 Can Peach
  1. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff.
  2. Beat butter + sugar until frothy, add egg yolks one at a time, stir in.
  3. Mix in the quark, poppy seeds and milk.
  4. Mix in flour, mondamin and baking powder.
  5. Fold in the egg whites. Butter springform pan 28 on the edge, line with baking paper at the bottom. Pour in the batter.
  6. Open the peach, drain it (juice is not required). Spread the fruit on the dough. Bake at 170 ° C (2 rails from below) approx. 45-50 min.
