Frozen Yogurt with Fruit Topping

The perfect frozen yogurt with fruit topping recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 750 g Natural yoghurt
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 250 g Sugar
  • More fruits as you like
  1. For the yoghurt, wash 250g strawberries and remove the green. Quarter the strawberries and sprinkle with 30 g of sugar. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours so that a juice can form. Puree the strawberries and place in the ice cream maker. The whole thing should be treated in the ice machine for half an hour. In the meantime, stir the remaining sugar together with the natural yoghurt and milk until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Chill the yoghurt mixture until the strawberry mixture is ready. Then clean the ice cream maker and then fill the yogurt into the ice cream maker. It should now be treated for 1-2 hours until it becomes firm. Then add the strawberry mass and let freeze for another hour. For the topping, cut 100g strawberries and wash the blueberries and raspberries. Finally, mix the remaining 150g strawberries in a mixer to a puree. When the yoghurt is ready, pour it into a small bowl, spread the fruit on top and add a little of the strawberry puree. Finished
