Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g poppy seeds (Waldviertel grey poppy seeds), grated
- ⅛ liter milk
- 1 tbsp rum
- Vanilla sugar, cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 50 g raisins
- Strudel leaves
- 1 egg(s)
- Berries (wild berry mix)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine all ingredients for the filling. Cut the strudel dough sheets into squares, fill with a heaped tablespoon of the filling, twist the pockets together, brush with egg, and bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C. Then serve on hot wild berries sprinkled with sugar.
