Porcini Mushroom Pan with Noodles

The perfect porcini mushroom pan with noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Pasta
  • 3 piece Boletus
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 piece Big cloves of garlic
  • 3 piece Dried tomatoes in oil
  • Parsley
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Some olive oil
  • Parmesan
  • 1 shot Red wine
  1. Cook the pasta as usual and let it drain.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Heat about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the mushrooms in it. when the mushrooms have softened a little, stir in the finely chopped onions and finish cooking. Just before the end, add the chopped garlic and chopped dried tomatoes and mix well. Pour a dash of red wine over it and reduce it. Season to taste with thyme, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the pasta to the mushrooms, mix well and serve. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
