Porcini Mushroom Pan with Noodles

Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Pasta
  • 3 Boletus
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Big cloves of garlic
  • 3 Dried tomatoes in oil
  • Parsley
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Some olive oil
  • Parmesan
  • 1 shot Red wine

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta as usual and let it drain.
  • Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Heat about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the mushrooms in it. when the mushrooms have softened a little, stir in the finely chopped onions and finish cooking. Just before the end, add the chopped garlic and chopped dried tomatoes and mix well. Pour a dash of red wine over it and reduce it. Season to taste with thyme, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Add the pasta to the mushrooms, mix well and serve. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
