Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 3 Boletus
- 1 Onion
- 2 Big cloves of garlic
- 3 Dried tomatoes in oil
- Parsley
- Thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
- Some olive oil
- Parmesan
- 1 shot Red wine
Instructions
- Cook the pasta as usual and let it drain.
- Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Heat about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the mushrooms in it. when the mushrooms have softened a little, stir in the finely chopped onions and finish cooking. Just before the end, add the chopped garlic and chopped dried tomatoes and mix well. Pour a dash of red wine over it and reduce it. Season to taste with thyme, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Add the pasta to the mushrooms, mix well and serve. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
